This privacy policy applies to the Castiel app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kevin Baur (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application itself does not collect or store any personal information on its own servers. Registration is not required to use the Application. All prayer content and church bell data is stored locally on your device.
The Application uses RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect and process certain information to facilitate purchases, including a randomly generated anonymous user identifier, purchase history, and subscription status. No personally identifiable information such as your name or email address is shared with RevenueCat. The Application offers optional in-app purchases, including a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. These purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment information. All billing is handled by the respective platform in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
A 3-day free trial may be offered for subscription plans. No charge will be made during the trial period. After the trial, the subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled beforehand.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application uses RevenueCat solely for purchase management purposes. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier and purchase-related data to validate and manage your subscription status. No other third parties have access to any data generated through the Application.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store or Google Play account settings before uninstalling.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (apps@kevin-baur.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Application does not collect personal data on its own servers. Purchase-related data handled by RevenueCat is protected in accordance with their security standards.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
